These capsules contain a concentrated fish oil which provides 700mg of Omega 3 per capsule.

Fish oil is subject to an advanced purification process and 5-step molecular distillation which ensures that the final product is relatively odorless, with levels well below the European Union's strictly set ceilings. The protection of the oil inside the capsule from oxidation is achieved by the addition of natural vitamin E.

The beneficial constituents of fish oil are the two Ω3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
