INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Remove a strip of single-dose packs from a pouch and remove a dose

2. Instill Hylopan into the conjunctival sac of the eye. To open a single-dose package, twist the top part of the package cap

3. Tilt the head back slightly, look up and pull the lower eyelid slightly away from the eye

20 single dose containers of 0.5ml

1-2 drops in each eye 3-5 times daily
