HOW DOES IT WORK;
Predictor® Early measures the amount of pregnancy hormone, called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), which is found in the urine of pregnant women. Normal levels of the hormone hCG in a woman who is not pregnant are below 5 mIU / ml. Predictor® Early detects hCG concentrations of 10 mIU / ml and above. Due to its high sensitivity, the test can detect pregnancy starting 6 days before the first day of delay.
HCG levels vary from woman to woman. Clinical studies have confirmed that in 76% of pregnant women, hCG levels are high enough to be detected by the test 6 days before the first day of delay. If you check earlier, you may be pregnant, but your hCG levels are not yet high enough to be detected by the test. In case of a negative result and if you still believe that you may be pregnant, check again when you are closer to the day of the expected period.
