In the first year of life, nutrition is crucial for the proper development of your baby. One of the most important nutrients is protein. Getting the right amount and quality of protein helps your baby grow at the right pace and contributes to his or her long-term health. Learn more at www.nestlebaby.gr/protein.

HOW TO PREPARE HIS MILK

1. Wash your hands carefully.
2. Wash the bottle, nipple and cap thoroughly. Boil for 5 minutes. Leave them covered until use.
3. Boil drinking water and leave to cool.
4. Follow the reconstitution instructions faithfully. First pour the water into the bottle. Then add "sharp" scoops of powdered milk. Use only the measuring tape in the box.
5. Make sure the measuring tape is dry and place it back on the box. Close the box after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
6. Close the bottle and shake well until the powder dissolves. Check the temperature before feeding.

Important Reminder:

The best way to feed a baby is to breastfeed, as breast milk offers an ideal balanced diet and protection against disease for your baby. Breastfeeding also offers many non-nutritional benefits not only for your baby but also for you. We recommend that you talk to your pediatrician when deciding how to feed your baby. You should also seek professional guidance in preparing for and maintaining breastfeeding. If you choose to breastfeed, it is important to have a healthy, balanced diet.

Infant milk is intended to replace breast milk when mothers choose not to breastfeed or when for some reason they can not. The decision not to breastfeed, or to introduce partial bottle feeding, will reduce breast milk production.

If for any reason you choose not to breastfeed, remember that this decision can be difficult to reverse. Using a baby milk has additional social and economic implications that need to be considered. Baby milk should always be prepared, used and stored as indicated on the label to avoid risks to the baby's health.

Warning:

Prepare only one meal at a time. Feed your child immediately and follow the instructions faithfully. Make sure your baby drinks milk right away. Do not keep leftover food, throw it away
