Friday
1. Pour 200 ml of boiling water
2. Add 1 teaspoon of granules per 100 ml and mix
3. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37C)
Dosage
1 teaspoon (3.75 g) Humana Good Night Tea per 100 ml.
