Recommended for infants, children and adults:
- For nasal hygiene: To moisturize or clean the dry or stuffy nose
- For eye hygiene: for washing and cleaning the eyes
- For rinsing the ears
- For cleaning wounds
Sterile Saline for nose, eyes and ears, Sodium Chloride 0.9g, Sterile Water q.s. 100ml
Each ampoule is for single use only. Cut off the ampoule and open it by turning the cap on the roof.

For Nasal & Ocular Hygiene:
It can be used daily 1-6 times a day if needed.

Nasal Hygiene: Tilt your head back. Gently insert the tip into one nostril and gently squeeze the ampoule. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril. Lift the head to allow the mucus to run out, then wipe off the excess. Do not blow your nose hard for 10 minutes after administration. Precautions: When used in infants, squeeze the ampoule lightly to avoid any risk of middle ear infection.

Eye Hygiene: Pour a few drops of solution into each eye, being careful not to touch the surface of the eye with the vial. Wipe off excess liquid with sterile gauze.

Caution: Wait 15 minutes before using any other eye product.

Wound cleansing: Rinse the wound using the entire contents of one ampoule and be careful not to touch the wound with the vial.

Precautions: Wipe off excess fluid only from the area moistened outside the wound.

Rinse: For perfect ear hygiene use Clinofar to clean the dissolved ear wax and rinse the external ear canal after using an ear cleanser. Use an ampoule for both ears. Wipe off excess liquid with a gauze pad. Not used in aerosol therapy.

How should you store Clinofar?
Do not use the ampoule if it is open or damaged, as there is a risk of rapid bacterial infection.
