How to use it
1. Place the knee pad on the knee, with the soft side against the skin and the single strap on the outside of the leg. Place the hole over the knee. Keeping the kneecap stable, wrap the middle strap around the knee and tape it.
2. Wrap each of the other two outer straps under the knee and tape them over the kneecap. Adjust to your desired level of comfort and support.
