The multi-nutrient tablets contain all the ingredients of Pregnall bio-grow along with calcium for even more bone support as needed during breastfeeding. They contain iron and vitamin B12 for the formation of hemoglobin, vitamins D and K for healthy bones and teeth, B vitamins to reduce fatigue, vitamin C and zinc for the normal functioning of the immune system, choline for the correct metabolism of lipids, chromium to maintain normal blood glucose levels and 400μg of folic acid. With the daily supplemental intake of 400μg of folic acid, its levels increase in the pregnant woman, thus avoiding low levels that are a risk factor for damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. Pregnall contains folic acid in the bio-available form L-Methyl folate, which is easily absorbed and used directly by the body.
DHA capsules contain high purity fish oil that provides 200mg DHA and 40mg EPA. DHA intake from the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the fetus and nursing infant, as long as 200mg of DHA is taken daily in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults which is 250mg of DHA and EPA. DOSAGE & INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Two tablets and one capsule a day with food and water.
