1. Take the test up to 6 days before your delay, i.e. 5 days before your expected period.
If you test before your expected period, use the first morning urine of the day. Otherwise, you can take the test at any time of the day.
Do not drink a lot of fluids before taking the test.

2. Remove the aluminum foil and remove the lid. Use the test stick immediately.

IMPORTANT: The tip that changes color will immediately turn pink, indicating that urine is being absorbed.

A) Hold the color changing tip in your urine stream for a full 5 seconds.

B) Completely submerge only the tip in a sample of your urine collected in a clean, dry container for a full 20 seconds.

Replace the cap and place the test stick on a flat surface.
Start timing.
WAIT 3 MINUTES before reading your results.

3.A line in the control window may start to appear quickly, but you MUST wait 3 minutes before reading your result.

IMPORTANT! Read your result within 10 minutes of taking the test. Ignore any changes to your score after this time point.
