Canespro® Ointment with Urea selectively softens parts of the nail infected by
the fungus, leaving the healthy parts intact.
Pads are used to cover the Urea ointment that is applied on top
on the nail.
The file is used to remove the affected soft parts of the nail, preparing the
nail for further antifungal treatment.
Canespro® Onychomycosis Treatment Kit is clinically proven to be safe and
effective with visible results within 2–3 weeks.
Treatment with Canespro® Urea Ointment should be performed carefully every day and
it continues until there are no infected parts of the nail that need to be removed.
This usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the extent of the onychomycosis and the thickness
of the nail.
Always wash your hands before and after using the ointment.
Step 1:
Before applying the ointment, soak the affected hand or foot in
hot water for about 10 minutes. Then dry very well.
Apply the ointment to the surface of the infected nail once
day. Apply enough ointment to cover the infected areas
areas of the nail with a thin layer.
Step 2
To cover said nail with a pad, gently place one half
pad over the nail, then fold the sides of the pad around
from the toe or hand and press. For the little ones
fingers, cut the pad in half. Be careful not to touch the sticky
surface of the patch with your fingers or with the ointment, so that
stick better.
Fold the other half of the pad over the back of it
toe or hand. Again, fold its sides
pad around the toe or finger and press. The
pad will apply like a protective cap over it
affected nail.
Step 3
Remove the pad every 24 hours and soak the nail in warm water at
bathtub or shower for about 10 minutes.
After soaking, remove the infected nail that has softened
using the plastic file. Hold the file firmly by gripping
only the broad handle (the smooth and blunt end). Use the sharp one
and serrated edge for scraping.
Clean the file thoroughly with water after each use. Take care of her
plastic file until the treatment is complete.
Dry treated nails thoroughly. Canespro® Ointment with Urea and a
new patch should be applied daily as described in the steps
1–3 above.
Continue treatment after nail removal: After the infected parts are removed
of the nail, complete the antifungal treatment with an antifungal cream that
available at the pharmacy.
