Uses in aromatherapy:
To improve concentration and mental clarity: add 5 drops of basil essential oil to the ceramic device for essential oils.
To combat mental and physical fatigue: add 6 drops of basil essential oil to the bathtub or alternatively 4 drops of basil with 2 drops of rosemary essential oil.
For the digestive system and indigestion: add 3 drops of basil essential oil and 2 drops of essential oil mint to 10ml of almond oil and massage into the stomach area.
In cooking:
Pasta sauce: add 1 drop of basil essential oil to 2 cups of tomato juice
Dresssing for salads: add 3 drops of basil essential oil to 100ml olive oil to give your salads a unique taste.
Safety Instructions for Use:
Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Do not consume them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
Do an allergic reaction test.
After using essential citrus oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours.
