Moisturizes and softens hardening and helps remove them.

COMPEED® Medium Sclerosis Patches are neither classic nor common patches. They immediately relieve pain and pressure and protect against friction. Their hydrocolloid technology moisturizes and softens hardening, and helps remove them.

COMPEED® Medium Hardening Pads act as a second skin for:

Immediately relieve pain.
To protect against friction and pressure.
To moisturize and soften sclerosis and help remove them.
They stay in place for over 24 hours. The duration may vary from case to case.

Instructions for use:

Soften the area by soaking your feet in warm water and remove the hard skin by rubbing with a towel.
Cleanse and dry your skin.
Remove the top first and then the bottom surface in the afternoon to touch the adhesive side.
Place the patch firmly on the hardener.
Leave it in place until it comes off on its own. It can stay in place for many days.
Repeat the application until the skin heals.

Questions:

Q: What are sclerosis?

A: Sclerosis is a yellow area with thickening of the skin that often occurs on the heel or sole of the foot. Hardening is usually larger than the calluses and less defined.

Q: What causes sclerosis?

A: Hardening is caused by repeated friction, pressure and weight, when for example we wear high heels and the weight shifts to the sole of the foot.

Q: How are sclerosis treated?

A: Start by soothing and moisturizing hard skin. Try the COMPEED® Hardening Pad to protect your feet from stress, hydrate them and get immediate relief.

Q: Can I prevent sclerosis?

A: To prevent sclerosis, try moisturizing the area with a foot cream and exfoliating. This will remove the dead cells before they harden.

Q: Are COMPEED® Sclerosis Patches suitable for people with diabetes or circulatory problems?

A: People with diabetes should first consult their doctor before using Compeed® patches.
