Adults: One tablespoon (5ml) 3 to 4 times a day. The syrup can be consumed as is or dissolved in a small amount of lukewarm liquid (water, milk, tea or any other herbal decoction). In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding seek medical advice.
Children (6-12 years): Half dose for adults. The syrup is not recommended for children under 6 years.
