Phytovex Sore Throat Tablets are indicated for the relief of cough, whether it is dry, productive, irritating or allergic and for the treatment of irritated throat. It forms a membrane that adheres to the mucus and acts as a barrier protecting and subsequently soothing the upper respiratory system, limiting the contact of irritants with the oropharyngeal mucosa and is also useful in cases of: hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, oropharyngitis, sore throat, colds . It is useful in preventing xerostomia (dry mouth) in people who are forced to breathe exclusively through the mouth, such as after operations in the ear, nose and throat. It offers rapid hydration to the oropharyngeal mucosa, reducing the pain and burning sensation in case of throat inflammation.
