Boldo is an herb beneficial for the gallbladder and liver.
Artichoke flowers are a common cabbage, but the rest of the plant has excellent properties as a herbal medicine. Two components of artichoke, cynarin and scolimoside, have been shown to stimulate bile secretion, which is consistent with its traditional use to treat indigestion.
Cynarin has been shown to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.
Artichoke is able to protect the liver from the harmful effects of alcohol while at the same time helping to metabolize fatty foods.

Dosage and method of use
Adults: 15-20 drops in a little water, 3 times a day, after meals.
