Lifelab CBD dietary supplements come in the form of sublingual drops. This form is a particularly effective route of administration, because absorption takes place through the mucous membrane of the mouth.

Instructions for use:
Shake well before use.
Swallow to dry the mucous membrane and maximize effectiveness.
For proper shooting, it is recommended to use a mirror.
Instill the drops under the tongue holding the dropper vertically. Wait 60 seconds and then swallow.
Close the bottle tightly after use.
Preferably do not consume water or food for the next 10 minutes.

Dosage may vary from person to person.
The ideal dosage is the point between the dose at which the first improvement is observed and the dose at which no further improvement is observed. It is recommended to gradually increase the dose every three days, by one drop per intake.
