Add to a saucepan 400 gr. water and 40 gr. (approximately 4 tbsp.) frezylac Trachahanakis.
Heat over medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking.
The meal is ready as soon as it boils (about 5 minutes after the boiling starts).
Serve and enjoy the trahana lukewarm.
Ideal as a substitute for pasta or rice. Ideal base for preparing meals for the whole family with the addition of cheese, butter, egg, meat, vegetables, etc.
